- Once your return request is approved, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- After sending the package, email your shipping tracking number to us immediately—this helps us track your return efficiently.
- When our return warehouse receives your item, our quality inspection team will check for dirt, physical damage, and functional issues.
- If no problems are found, we will send you an email confirming your return has been verified.
Important Note: Items shipped to our warehouse without a prior approved return request will not be accepted or processed.
Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at contact@whynotdeal.com. We will assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
The following items are not eligible for return:

Customized Products: Special orders, personalized engraved/designed items, custom pet portraits, and custom felt products (e.g., handcrafted felt pet figurines, personalized pet felt accessories). These are one-of-a-kind and cannot be resold.

Pet Care Products: Pet shampoos, conditioners, grooming wipes, and other pet hygiene/grooming items. To protect pet health and avoid contamination risks, these items are non-returnable once purchased.

Pre-Owned Items: Condition details are clearly listed on product pages. Due to potential irreversible wear or use marks, pre-owned items cannot be returned.

Sale Items: Items from limited-time discounts, promotions, or clearance. These are promotional offers and non-returnable.

Gift Cards: Physical and digital gift cards (fixed value, directly usable for purchases) are non-returnable.

The fastest way to exchange an item is to:
- Return your current item (following the above return process).
- Once your return is approved, place a separate order for the new item you want.
Despite the 30-day return policy above, if your item is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason (no justification needed). Items must still meet the original condition requirements (unworn/unused, intact tags, original packaging) and include a receipt or proof of purchase.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, confirming whether your refund is approved.
- Approved refunds are automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.
