Returns will be accepted for up to 30 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
To ensure the best performance and long-lasting durability of your pet’s smart device, please follow these care guidelines:
- Keep Dry & Clean: Avoid prolonged exposure to water, mud, or extreme humidity. Wipe the device regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
- Avoid Extreme Temperatures: Do not expose the device to direct sunlight, freezing environments, or heat sources for extended periods.
- Check Fit & Comfort: If worn on a collar or harness, ensure proper fit and check your pet’s skin regularly for comfort.
- Recharge Responsibly: Use only the recommended charging cable and adapter. Avoid overcharging or using damaged charging accessories.
- Inspect Regularly: Check straps, buckles, and silicone holders for wear and tear. Replace if damaged to ensure secure attachment.
- Safe Usage: Do not allow your pet to chew or scratch the device. Keep away from strong magnetic fields.
- Firmware & App Updates: For optimal tracking and performance, keep the companion app and firmware up to date.
If you notice any unusual behavior, reduced battery performance, or device malfunction, stop using the product and contact support.
